Celebration of Chaos!

I had worn the Party Time manicure for a few days, and wanted to practice more decals.  Since the glitter was so loud, I had to compensate with crazy stamping images, in contrasting black and white.  This manicure turned out much too busy looking for my taste.  I much preferred the look before stamping! Ah well, sometimes less is more.
